1. Shipping Destinations
Viva Feathers ships internationally to supported destinations using established shipping carriers.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and delivery options depend on the destination and the products ordered.
The available shipping options for your address will be displayed at checkout.
If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Order Processing & Production Times
Many Viva Feathers feather products are handcrafted or prepared after an order is placed.
Estimated production times for made-to-order feather products are:
- Regular feather products: approximately 3–5 business days.
- Special-color or custom-dyed feather products: approximately 7–10 business days.
- Large, complex, or highly customized feather products: approximately 10–15 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Actual production times may vary depending on material availability, order specifications, and production schedules.
Ready-to-ship products, fan staves, accessories, and feather materials may have different preparation or handling times. Applicable information will be provided on the product page or confirmed by our team when necessary.
Production and order-processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Available carriers and shipping methods vary depending on the destination.
- DHL Express: Delivery is generally estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch for eligible destinations.
- Other shipping services: Where available, including EMS or standard shipping services, estimated transit times depend on the selected service and destination. Please refer to the shipping information provided at checkout or contact us for an estimate.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Any shipping timeframe is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments are declared using accurate shipment descriptions and values in accordance with applicable customs regulations.
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and applicable carrier handling charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Where applicable, these charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and relevant service providers.
We recommend checking your country's import requirements before ordering.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, refused, or held because required customs duties or fees have not been paid, additional shipping, storage, or return charges may apply.
Any refund or deduction in such circumstances will be assessed according to the actual circumstances, applicable costs, our published return policies, and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Custom Orders & Event Deadlines
If you require your order for a wedding, stage performance, photoshoot, competition, or another time-sensitive event, please contact us before ordering.
We can review your requested delivery date and advise whether it is reasonably achievable.
Please do not assume that selecting express shipping will shorten the production time required for a made-to-order product.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment processing.
