Most Viva Feathers items are prepared after an order is placed. The times below are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing Time
- Regular orders: approximately 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Special-color or custom-dyed orders: approximately 7–10 business days.
- Larger, complex, or highly customized orders: approximately 10–15 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard shipping: approximately 10–25 business days after dispatch.
DHL / express shipping: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship to many destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout where applicable.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and carrier brokerage or handling charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout. These charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country and carrier.
