Description
These acrylic (PMMA) fan staves are designed for DIY feather fan projects for dance, practice and performance. A crystal-style coating gives the staves a three-dimensional finish, with standard, pearl and custom color options available.
Set Includes
- 12 acrylic staves
- Nuts, bolts, washers, wire and wax line
Each kit is designed to make one fan. Order two sets if you are building a pair.
Feather Configuration
Suitable for an upper layer of 12 or 24 longer feathers and a lower layer of 12 shorter feathers.
Measurements & Material
Material: acrylic (PMMA). Stave height: approximately 15" (38 cm). Set thickness: approximately 1.3" (3.5 cm).
Personalization & Color
Add a name or logo to the staves. Maximum logo size: 4" × 0.8" (10 × 2 cm). Logos are generally most visible on transparent staves; visibility may be reduced on darker colors.
Standard, pearl and custom color options are available. For a specific color request, please contact Viva Feathers before ordering.
DIY Support
A “How to Make a Feather Fan” guide is available upon request. Needle-nose pliers may be selected as an optional assembly tool where offered.
Production & Delivery
Stave kits are typically prepared in approximately 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized or custom-color requests may require additional preparation time.
After dispatch, DHL / express delivery is typically approximately 2–4 business days, while standard shipping is approximately 10–25 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
