This feather fan is made by 2 layers feathers:

up layer and down layer

up layer is with 12 longer feathers approximately 21"-23" (53-58 cm)

(each stave with 3 Peacock eye)
down layer is with 12 shorter feathers approximately 16"-18" （40-45 cm)

Left and Right hand ：

You can choice left hand or right hand fan from page layout.
Also ,you can choice for a pair If you want to order 2 fans ( left hand and right hand)
